Love 

A concept 

A feeling 

A desire 

Something that fees so raw 

So amazing

It’s what binds a relationship 
And what breaks it 

Who would we be without love?

Where would we be?

Life wouldn’t be the same if we didn’t love one another 

It gives us a reason to live 

To breath 

Each and everyday 

The love that a mother has

That first breath that her baby takes 

She feels all the love in the world 

She cries and cries 

Happy tears

The most beautiful thing she has ever seen 

She leans over to give her husband a kiss 

She tells him she loves him 

She hugs him tight with the baby in her arms 

Now take away the love 

What is left?

Nothing 

The baby that is born is just another living thing

The mother looks at the baby 

Holds it 

And gives it to the doctors 

She cries 

But not for the love that she has

She cries because the pain is over 

She is happy that she now has a child she can call her own

But that’s it

That’s all

She looks at her husband and smiles 

He smiles back 

But what does this exchange even mean 

Nothing 

They feel happiness that they now have a baby 

But no love 

See a life without love is meaningless

Hopefully everyone experiences love at some point in their life

Whether it is a family mother 

A Sibling 

A friend 

A Significant other 

Or even an animal

Love can come in all shapes and forms

It is the most powerful thing a person can feel 

To love
